Bodrum, Turkey

The vibe: European? Asian? Yes.
Picture this: Languorous days and steamy post-twilight action are guaranteed in this little Turkish town by the Aegean. The Turks themselves come here to let loose, and the beaches are full of hot-looking people of all persuasions and ethnicities. At night, moonlit clubs thump with a mix of Turkish hits and European dance music. When you've had your fill, take a romantic stroll around the pretty traditional villages and lemon groves in the surrounding hills.
The crowd: This really is a melting pot of continents and cultures. That beautiful woman in a barely-there bikini? Could be an Istanbul attorney, could be an Italian countess. You should walk over and find out for yourself.
The sundowner: When the lights come on at Bodrum Castle (you can't miss it, it's the structure that dominates the bay), it's time to order a Raki. An anise-flavored liqueur, similar to ouzo or Sambuca, it's nicknamed "lion's milk" due to its milky color when mixed with water or ice—and it's also rumored to have a lionlike affect on the libido.
Come to bed: Hole up at the swish Kempinski Hotel in Barbaros Bay. With balconies overlooking the Gulf of Gökova and LCD satellite TVs, it'll take something special to get you out of your room. Something like couples' massages at the property's Six Senses spa, perhaps.
